Are you insured?

We have full public liabilty insurance.

Do you provide equipment

We provide all equipment, professional products & cloths.

We ask our clients to provide their own mop for hygiene reasons.

Will it be different cleaners each time?

No, we work in small teams of 2-3, and you will always have the same friendly team on each clean so we get to know you and your home.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfers and all payments must be made on the day of the clean.

What if I need to cancel?

We try to be flexible where possible, however our policies state that:

Cancellations within 48h will be charged at 50%

Cancellations within 24h, or cleaners unable to access the property will be charged at 100%
